by John from San Francisco, CAThe parts arrived early and although one component was broken, customer service responded quickly and is having a replacement part sent. The installation template is different from the one shown in the installation video and it took a lot of interpretation of symbols to figure it out. Be sure the location of the mounting of the pole doesn't interfere with the hinges and is set far enough away from the opening to be able to mount the wall support bracket. The template doesn't take either of those issues into account.

by Angelo from San Francisco, CAQuality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.
