by David from Plainfield, INThe actual shelving is great. It is much easier to get stuff to the back of the cabinet although you do lose a little room. You sacrifice a little room for convenience and that is worth it. I wish there was an option for the shelf to be just a little longer. I still have some dead space and once the shelving is installed, you can't get to it. I feel sorry for people who can't read plans. Although after I got it installed, it works great and is worth the value. I can get to everything without getting on my knees.

Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
