    I purchased Grass hinge replacements for a cabinet. I was encouraged to send in pictures which I did. The sales people at Cabinet Parts where very nice and easy to deal with, but they sent me the wrong hinges. After receiving them I found I was sent the "snap back" version when I really needed the "free swinging" type. The sales people didn't bother to apprise me that there are these two versions. It might be a good idea for the sales staff to help unwitting customers such as myself there are these options. Could have saved both time and money if they had. In the end it worked out for which I am appreciative.

    I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.

    The clip top feature is just one of the excellent features on this product; push a button and the hinge releases from the mounting plate!Handy when working alone. Great value, closes just soft enough for me.
