I purchased two cabinet hinges from this company. needed to return them. they only gave me a credit for the product (2 hinges $9.85. I understand the return policy states return charges are the responsibility of the buyer but never in a million years did I ever expect they would charge me for their shipping costs to send them to me. Total charge was $26.74 only received a credit for $9.85 Money Grabbers

I'd never used European hinges before, so the lack of directions that come from this supplier caused a bit of work looking it up, but the internet makes that a minor inconvenience. I was building a vanity for my bathroom and the hinges work beautifully with solid wood doors and the adjustment screws were outstanding for getting the fit "just right." I've just installed, so I have no idea how they will hold up, but the soft close works beautifully so far.

I ordered this part on May 13th, and as of May 28th, I am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite that, I received an email asking me to review a product I haven’t even received yet. Customer service has not been helpful either. Contacting them simply redirects me to the FedEx tracking number with no additional support or updates. To make matters worse, I was charged $8 shipping for a very small package of hardware. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to the delay, lack of communication, and poor customer support.

Got these plus hinges to upgrade my kitchen cabinets. Amazing how the closing noise was eliminated over previous hinges.Work great. Techech support was very helpful in getting the correct parts. Thar's why I am a returning customer.
