With help from the staff at Cabinet Parts, the order arrived and it fit. My first try didn't work out so well because i couldn't find the part based on the model number stamped on the one I was trying to replace. That was all my fault though. I should have asked for help the first time.

I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.

Soft close hinges fit and work perfectly. No more “nursing” bathroom cabinet doors closed to keep them from slamming shut. Happy camper here.

I do commercial maintenance. When the customer has partial overlay cabinets with a broken hinge I need an exact replacement, not whatever HD might have on their shelf.
