Buying a replacement hinge is super confusing - what parts do you really need? Well to make a hinge work, you need the hinge, mounting bracket, and this crazy cap. This isn't just a cap, it is also the receiving side of the mount. I bought this to replace a broken discontinued IKEA hinge for a glass Magiker door. The cap is a lot taller than the original. The finish is, well, cheap looking. It is made of molded plastic that has a weird sheen. I imagine they could be painted. There isn't a picture of the back side of this. It is an insert that has threaded holes and will only fit on the hinge one direction. The cap doesn't need to be removed to install - the screws are inserted the opposite direction from the original hinge (inserted from the back of the hinge, not the front underneath the cap).

I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.
