    wasn't sure exactly which ones to get and the personeel working helped pick the right ones. One thing I didn't realize was I needed to buy the screws as well, not a biggy will remember next time tho!!! The hinges turned out perfect for my cabinet I built!!!

    I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.

    These are well made rails but soft close mechanism is too week to work with my double garbage bin cabinet drawer as it won’t pull it closed. Spring isn’t strong enough so don’t so don’t spend the extra money for the feature if your drawer has any weight t
