I've tried number of hinges from Lowes/home depot and other companies tied 2 different ones from here the 3rd one was the right ones that all the holes and distance worked

On PO number 875150 received hinge.however I nedd the plate to make assembly. I assumed my order covered the needed plate. Please help me to get this part. Amirault341@msn.com

Ordered items (3) were wrong for the job to be done. My mistake. I returned them right away. CabinetParts sent me the ordered items promptly and made their return very easy and effortless. I tip my hat to them.

I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.
