Tried to buy some out of the norm hinges from my usual supplier. Backordered. Came to Cabinet Parts and it was at my door in 2 days. Extremely happy.

The customer service guys called to be sure I had ordered what I needed and to advise me on a question I had. The parts arrived really quickly, which is amazing since shipping to us in Hawaii can be difficult and costly. The part was a very high quality, installed easily and works like a charm. It was so easy even a woman could do it.... oh yeah, I am a woman and a senior citizen at that. I will buy from Cabinet parts again, any time I need parts for my place!!!

I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.
